Last updated November 2, 2026. These terms cover the Poolwyn website and waitlist during early access. Booking terms will be added before bookings open.
Poolwyn is a travel booking service in development. Right now the site describes the product, shows an example points calculator, and collects a waitlist. You cannot book travel here yet.
The dollar values on this site use the cash redemption rates that card issuers publish, as we understood them in November 2026. Issuers change those rates without notice and some depend on the exact card you hold. Check your own bank before you count on a number.
Poolwyn never holds, buys, sells, trades or pools points. Any redemption of points happens between you and your own card issuer, under that issuer's rules. You are responsible for following the terms of your own card programs.
Joining the waitlist means we may email you about Poolwyn. It does not reserve a booking, a price or a place in any program. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Poolwyn is not a bank and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Chase, Capital One, American Express, Citi, Wells Fargo, US Bank, Discover, Bilt or any airline or hotel program. Their names appear only to describe how their published redemption rates work.
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Poolwyn is not liable for losses that come from relying on information on this site, including redemption values that have changed.
Poolwyn is operated in the United States. Company name, address and contact email will be listed here when the company is registered.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
