What we keep, and what we don't.

What we collect

• Waitlist sign-ups. Your email address, how many rewards cards you said you have, the time you signed up, and the address of the page you signed up on.
• The points calculator. The balances you type on the home page stay in your browser. We do not send or store them.
• Basic visit data. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to run the site and protect it from abuse.

What we do with it

• Email you when bookings open, and occasionally ask a question about your cards to help us build the product.
• Nothing else. We do not sell or rent your email, and we do not share it with card issuers or advertisers.

Where it lives

Waitlist sign-ups are stored by Netlify, our website host, in the United States. Only the Poolwyn team can see them.

Your choices

• Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
• To have your sign-up deleted, reply to any email from us, or use the contact details below, and we will remove it.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies. If that changes, this page will say so first.

Children

Poolwyn is for adults who hold credit cards. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions: reply to any Poolwyn email, or write to the address on our terms page once it is listed there.
